AGUANTE GIFT VOUCHER

1. General

• These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase and use of digital gift cards (“Gift Cards”) issued by AGUANTE.

• By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Redemption

• Gift Cards are redeemable only at www.aguante.in for the purchase of clothing and accessories.

• Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.

• Any remaining balance after a purchase will remain on the card for future use.

3. Validity and Expiry

• Gift Cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise required by law.

• After the expiry date, the card will no longer be valid and any remaining balance will be forfeited.

4. Delivery

• Digital Gift Cards are delivered via email to the recipient's email address provided at checkout.

• We are not responsible for Gift Cards that are lost or undeliverable due to incorrect email addresses.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash, except as required by law.

• Products purchased using a Gift Card and subsequently returned will be refunded in the form of store credit.

6. Lost or Stolen Cards

• Please treat your Gift Card like cash. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards.

• Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded.

7. Limitations

• Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-reloadable, and cannot be resold or exchanged.

• The maximum load value is Rs.5000/-.

8. Fraud and Abuse

• We reserve the right to cancel a Gift Card or suspend or refuse a transaction if we suspect fraud or unauthorized use.

9. Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra/India.

• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune Jurisdiction.
