Returns / Exchange & Refund Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY: 

We at Aguante believe in a simple and customer friendly return policy. We have 14 days Return & Exchange policy. If you need to return an item, please click https://aguante.in/apps/return_prime.

Note: you must keep all the tags, packaging material and original invoice along with the product while returning to us.

Manufacturing defect or incorrect shipment:  

In cases, where the product delivered is in damaged condition or the contents are missing, customer must inform Aguante customer care (+91 7757 04 9944 or care@aguante.in) within 24 hours of delivery of the order. We will investigate and update you about it.


Return:

  1. Return is possible within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order.
  2. After receiving return request, your product will be picked up within 2-3 business days.
  3. Our quality team will check and approve your return once we received it.
  4. We will issue your refund, once we received your product back to us.
  5. We will inform you about your refund on your registered email account once we processed it.
  6. There will be no extra charges on returning any product on first time against same order.
  7. Shipping charges will be deducted (at actual) for the multiple return requests with different dates against same order number.

Exchange:

  1. Exchange is possible within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order.
  2. After receiving exchange request, your product will be picked up within 2-3 business days.
  3. Once the return product is picked up from you, we will dispatch your exchange order from our side and update you with the shipping details.
  4. There will be no charges on first time exchange of your order for any reasons.
  5. Second time exchange is possible but there will be shipping charges applies (at actual) for both sides return and exchange.

Refund:

  1. Cash refunds are not allowed.
  2. Refund against return orders will be processed after receiving return product back to us.
  3. Refund will be issued in mode of bank transfer (in case of COD orders) and in case of UPI, Card and other online payment methods, payment will be credited to the original payment method withing 3-5 business days.

Customer who are selecting refund mode as store credit, we will issue a discount code against refund and same will be valid for six months from the date of issue. Discount can be redeemed only at https://aguante.in and cannot pay in cash.

Note: There will be no return and exchange allowed on the Sale items/products at any cost.
