We at Aguante believe in a simple and customer friendly return policy. If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Reason other than manufacturing or incorrect shipment from our side: 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to any reason other than manufacturing defect or incorrect product shipment from our side, you can simply return it to us within 14 days from the date of receiving the product. You can buy other product from us or take credit voucher of the amount minus reshipping cost. Such credit vouchers can be adjusted on your next purchase. 

You must contact our "Customer Care" before initiating the return. 

Before accepting the shipment, kindly ensure that packaging is not damaged or tampered. If the customer observes the package is damaged or tampered, he/she should not accept the delivery of the shipment. Thereafter you need to mail/call Aguante customer care to inform about the same along with the " Order ID" as it would be required to track the order. 

you must keep all the tags, packaging material and original invoice along with the product while returning back to us.

Currently we don't have auto return facility available with us. If you want to return any product, first you have to inform us within 24 hours of delivery of the order for any return. After that you have to pack the parcel, we will book the return shipment for you and we will share the shipping label to you, you have to print and paste the same on the parcel. In next 1-2 days it will get picked up. Once we received the product, we will process the further action.

Manufacturing defect or incorrect shipment:  

In cases, where the product delivered is in damaged condition or the contents are missing, customer must inform Aguante customer care within 24 hours of delivery of the order. We will adjust the return shipping charges borne by you as a credit voucher and will not charge for reshipping the product to you.

In case of Return/Exchange amount will refunded to the respective Bank Account or Credit/Debit Card from payment made. In case you want to use the amount for future purchases credit voucher will be issued. Credit voucher will be valid till six month from the date of issue.

The value of the credit voucher would be calculated as the value of the product(s) minus any discount voucher, shipment charges or cash on delivery charges if applicable. Initial shipping charges are non refundable. Credit voucher would be issued within 10 working days from the date of receipt of your return shipment.

Note: There will be no return and exchange allowed on the Sale items/products at any cost.
