Are there any charges for registration?
There are no charges for registration on aguante.in

Will my registration expire?
No, registration once done will not expire.

Click on Forgot Password option available in Login page. A link to set new password will be mailed to
your registered Email ID.

Can I edit my personal information?
Yes, after you login, you can go to the “My Account” section and edit your personal information.

How do I Unsubscribe from your services?
You can unsubscribe from our services by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” section on the email
received.

I am based out of India and I want to place an order for a delivery in India. Is it possible?
Yes, you can. Kindly refer to our serviceable pin codes in the shipping section.

What type of products do you sell online?
Aguante sells premium Sportswear, Activewear for both Men and Women.

How do I know my size?
We have provided Size Charts for all product category in the footer. Please refer to our “Size chart” section.

PAYMENT :

How do I make a payment?
We accept payment through the following modes.
1. VISA, MASTER, AMERICAN EXPRESS Credit & Debit cards are accepted.
2. NET BANKING 
3. CASH ON DELIVERY (Currently only for Pune City)
4. BANK TRANSFER

What happens if my credit/debit card has been compromised while making a payment online?
We do not collect or store your credit card information. If you suspect any such thing, then please report this immediately to your bank.

 

CANCELLATIONS / RETURNS/ REFUND :

What happens if merchandise ordered is out of stock?

If a product goes out of stock, it will not get added to the shopping cart. In rare scenario if the product is not available after placing an order, the amount for the same will be refunded within 5 working days.

Is there a limit to the quantity that I can order?
No, there’s no such limit. However if the order is for a large number of pieces and the same is not available online, you can drop an email at customercare@aguante.in mentioning the details of the product and quantity required. We shall let you know if the same can be arranged, post which the payment can be done.

Can I cancel an order?
Yes, you may cancel an order fully or partially within 24 hours from the time of placing the order. You can get in touch with our customer support with your order details and get the order cancelled. In case of pre-payment, a credit note for the said amount is issued with a validity of 3 months from the date of issue and the same can be used for your next online purchase through our website.


How will I get the credit note in case of a refund? What is the procedure of credit note?
In case of a refund, under no circumstance cash or cheque would be refunded. Refund will be only in the form of a credit note with a validity of 3 months from the date of issuance and it can be used on your next online purchase through our website. The value of the credit note would be calculated as the value of the product(s) minus any discount voucher, shipment charges or cash on delivery charges if applicable. Initial shipping charges are non refundable. Credit note would be issued within 10 working days from the date of receipt of your return shipment.


Can I change the shipping address of the order?
You can change the shipping address before your order is billed or shipped. This could be done by contacting our customer support with your order details.

Is exchange available on all products?
All products can be exchanged provided they are unused, unwashed, and are in original box packaging with all tags intact and the invoice copy.

How do I return a product?
We have 15-days Return Policy, which is applicable under these circumstances: 

If broken/unsealed, do not accept the order at the time of delivery itself.
Returned products must be unused and unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags that they were shipped with along with the invoice.


Do you have a reverse pick up available in case of exchange / return?

No, we do not have the facility for reverse pick up. The Customer has to ship back the product at his own cost. However if there is a mistake at our end in sending the product, the cost will be borne by us.


Do you provide warranty/guarantee for merchandise?
All our products are authentic and manufactured from our approved vendors only. If manufacturer’s warranty/guarantee is associated with the merchandise; it would be appropriately mentioned.

 

SHIPPING:

Do you deliver out of India?
Currently, we deliver only in India.

What if I am not available when you deliver the merchandise?
In case of Online Order, three attempts will be made and failure to which, the product will return to its origin until further instructions are given by the customer. In case of Cash on Delivery Order, the Courier Company usually calls the customer to check their availability. Should the customer not be present when our courier attempts to deliver your parcel, three more attempts are made automatically. Further to this, the parcel is re-dispatched only after taking appropriate instructions from the customer.


What do I do if my order is received in a damaged condition?
If you notice that your parcel is damaged or tampered, you should refuse to accept it and return it to the courier personnel with all of the original packaging material. You need to get in touch with the customer support desk at 7757049944 and intimate the same immediately.


Can I book an order for delivery to more than one Address?
If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders as each order is shipped only to a single address.


What are the shipping charges and/ or are there any additional charges?
Shipping on all orders is FREE.

How can I track my order?
You can track your order status in the “My Account” section. Once it is dispatched, the shipment details are updated in your account, which you can track on the respective courier’s website.

What is the stipulated delivery time for an order?
Depending upon the location, normally it takes 3-7 Days for the delivery of a product. However sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances the courier may get delayed.

What should I do if I receive a different item from the one that I have ordered?

If a wrong shipment has been delivered to you, please contact our customer care within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Please refer to our “Returns Policy” section for more details.
