It's cost effective but very durable and very specific design.
Did my first half-marathon run today with these shorts and it was amazing. Very light, airy and comfortable. To be honest, I was a little skeptical because of multiple reasons:
1. So far, I have been using 2-in-1 shorts for running. I was glad that even after running 21 kms, there were no rashes.
2. My earlier shorts also had a zipper pocket for my car keys but not this one. During the initial part of the run, I was constantly touching my keys to make sure that they are there. However, I was soon assured that the pockets are deep enough, and the keys will be safe.
In short, these shorts are a winner. The neon color was the icing on the cake :)
However, I found a few shortcomings that will not make it suitable for my official HM run:
1. Absence of phone pocket
2. No side pocket to keep a towel/handkerchief
